    UPON CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING, WE HAVE ACKNOWLEDGED THAT YOU HAVE ACCEPTED OUR TERMS AND CONDITION. OUR SERVICE GUARANTEE At Fifty;freed Beauty Bar, we pride ourselves in our customer service and the exceptional quality of our work. We make every attempt to ensure all customers are satisfied with the services provided. But we understand that sometimes things do not go as expected or desired results can be miscommunicated. We apologize for your dissatisfaction and will take full responsibility to make any possible adjustments to your satisfaction. Should you require any minor adjustments, please let us know at the time of your service or within 24 hours after leaving, service recovery will be attended to on a case by case basis, otherwise we will not be able to accede to your requests. Any dissatisfaction with the nail or lash design must be raised and rectified before sealing off with the final top coat or before leaving the salon. REMOVALS, SHAVING Please take note that all nails or lash removals from other salons, shaving services for SHR will be charged at $15.00 per set/area. (eg. manicure removal = $15, manicure + pedicure removal = $30) If your existing set is done by Fiftyfreed and you’re redoing a new set, removals will be FOC. If the existing set is done by Fiftyfreed but you only require removal, it will be charged at $15.00. CANCELLATIONS, NO SHOW Your appointments are very important to our team at Fifty;freed Beauty Bar. Time allotted for an appointment is reserved specifically for you to enjoy your services. We do understand that sometimes unavoidable situations arise and schedule adjustments are necessary. We will do our best to work with you in the event of an emergency. However, we respectfully request at least a 48-hour notice to adjust or reschedule your appointments. Do take note that deposits placed are non-refundable. When you forget or cancel your appointment without giving a 48-hour notice, your therapist loses the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Appointments that are cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the start of your service, your deposit will be strictly forfeited. For package holders, your deposit will be forfeited from existing credits. LATENESS We will always do everything possible to accommodate you if you’re running behind, stuck in traffic, emergencies come up! However, your lateness can affect the remainder of our schedule by delaying them for their our next booking. We generally allow a 10 minute grace period. After that time, your deposit will be forfeited. We will still try our best to serve you, but due to time constraints there might be a reduction or simplification in service. Please, always whatsapp us if you think you might be late; it’s best to inform us asap. SCHEDULING We do not encourage walk ins to avoid disappointment. All appointments can be made through fresha.com, whatsapp or instagram. FESTIVE PERIOD Do note that surcharge will be applicable during peak periods, please read our notice posted on instagram at the time of booking. There will be no waiver of any surcharges no matter the circumstances. RETURN & REFUND All services, credits or packages sold & provided are NON-REFUNDABLE but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge according to the above conditions: The corrective service does not cover a change in the style or service initially requested. Any dissatisfaction with the nail or lash design must be raised and rectified before sealing off with the final top coat or before leaving the salon. Nails touch up will be FOC within 7 days. Eyelash Extensions touch up will be FOC within 3 days. Touch ups after the stipulated timings above will be charged accordingly. Eyelash Extensions touch up option is only allowed within 2 weeks and with 50% leftover, if not please book for a new set. Any request except payable touch ups after two weeks of your original appointment will not be entertained. Full-service price applies after two weeks. Management will only review for severe quality discrepancies. Packages sold are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable; however, in exceptional cases, we may consider allowing the transfer of a package to another individual. Unopened merchandise may be returned within 7 days of purchase; with a receipt, for exchange, or full refund in Salon credit only. CUSTOMER COURTESY Fiftyfreed prioritizes a respectful and professional environment. We do not condone abusive or rude behavior towards our staff. Please be aware that the admins are part of the team and not the higher authority. We kindly request cooperation and courtesy from all. MODEL SLOTS Our free of charge model slots are designated for staff training purposes. Please be aware that our team members are still in the learning process and as such, we will not be doing any service recovery for any unsatisfactory experiences. We ask for your understanding to kindly refrain from expecting exceptional results during this phase. Model may be requested to provide feedback for marketing and training purposes. Complaints are counterproductive; instead, constructive feedback is appreciated. Model has to be comfortable to be photographed or filmed during the session for marketing and training purposes. Rest assured that no facial identification or intimate areas will be revealed. By agreeing to being a model you discharge Fiftyfreed from any liability. Please do not take this slot if you are pressed for time, or have concerns about amateur work. INDEMNIFICATION Terms and conditions: 1. Consent to Services: I voluntarily consent to receiving the chosen beauty services. I understand the potential risks associated with these services and agree to assume any risks involved. 2. Professional Staff: I acknowledge that Fiftyfreed employs trained and qualified professionals to perform the beauty services, who will exercise reasonable care and skill during the provision of services. I understand that Fiftyfreed has followed all necessary protocols, guidelines and best practices in administering the treatments. 3. Potential Risks: I am aware that there may be potential risks associated with the service, such as allergic reactions, skin irritation, temporary discomfort, and unforeseen complications. By booking an appointment I agree and fully release Fiftyfreed Beauty Bar Pte Ltd, its employees and representatives from any liability or responsibility for any adverse reactions, complications, injuries or damages that occur as a result of the services I receive from Fiftyfreed. This release applies to any and all claims, actions, demands, liabilities, costs or expenses that may arise out of or in connection with the treatments. I fully understand and agree that I will not hold Fiftyfreed responsible for any condition, side effect, or outcome resulting from any services received from Fiftyfreed. 4. Personal Information: I understand that in order to provide the requested service, Fiftyfreed may require personal information, including medical history or allergies. I consent to the collection and use of this information solely for the purpose of providing the services and ensuring my well-being. 5. Client Responsibility: I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to provide accurate and complete information about any known allergies, skin conditions, or medical issues including pregnancy that may affect the provision of services. 6. Further Indemnification: I further indemnify and hold harmless Fiftyfreed from any and all claims, damages, actions, costs, expenses and liabilities including legal fees, that may arise from any adverse reactions or complications resulting from any treatment provided by Fiftyfreed. 7. Social Media: I agree not to post any defamatory, or misleading statements about Fiftyfreed, its services, or its employees on any social media platforms, websites or other public forums. In the event of any issues or concerns, I agree to address them directly with the management of Fiftyfreed. 8.   • How do I maintain & take care of my lash extensions?
    DO Try not to touch them much, particularly during the first few hours. The more you touch them, the more oils from your fingers get on them, the more strain on the lash root etc. Keep them as dry as possible for at least 24-36 hours. This means, it’s ideal if don’t wash your hair during this time. However, if you need to, use only lukewarm water, and keep water off your eyes. This also includes avoiding steamy environments, very hot showers, spas, saunas etc. for 24 hours as a minimum. If it’s a very hot and humid day, try to stay out of the heat. All of this will allow the adhesive to cure as strongly as possible. After the 24 hour mark, they are technically waterproof, however, if you are swimming or sitting in a hot spa daily, they probably won’t last quite as long as if you didn’t, more from rubbing them when water gets in your eyes. If you have a very oily face, try to control this as much as possible with blotting papers, mattifying lotions etc. and by using oil-control moisturizer. Make sure you are using oil-free products on your face, particularly eye makeup removers and cleansers. We recommend LASH GAME Foaming Cleanser. Clean them properly, at least a few times a week with a foaming lash cleanser. Baby shampoo (not the conditioning type) in very small amounts is ok too. Let us know before your infill if you think you will need more time because you have lost more lashes than expected, or want to upgrade to a thicker set/more lashes. Let us know if you have any concerns or questions – we’re always happy to help! DON’T Do not play with or pick at your lashes, rub your eyes roughly. If you are a picker, it can really damage your natural lashes Do not use oily products on your eyes or face Do not use waterproof or oil based mascara or eyeliner (felt tip/pen-style liquid liner is usually fine, or we stock a range of suitable makeup items) Do not use any mascara if you can help it Do not use baby wipes/makeup wipes/cotton pads to wipe makeup off them Do not try to remove them yourself – as it may damage your natural lashes. We can remove them for you if you wish Do not use cleansing oils, coconut oil etc. on your face if you want the lashes to last Do not put strip lashes on top of them unless you are prepared to lose a few of your own lashes when you try to take them off. Do not try to light a cigarette on your toaster or stove-top (good life advice generally – but will also stop your lashes getting singed and frazzled on the ends!)
  • Nail Extensions (Gel Nail & Acrylic) Aftercare
    DO Be especially careful in the first 24 hours after application and avoid intense heat during this period (for example saunas, hot baths, sunbeds etc) Keep your nails at a workable length. Nails that are too long for your activity level will place the stress area of your enhancement under too much pressure which can result in breakage and damage to your natural nail. Use cuticle oil daily to keep your nails nourished, to stimulate growth and prevent lifting. Dry the hands thoroughly after washing and apply moisturiser. Always wear rubber gloves when washing up, cleaning or gardening. Always wash your hands thoroughly after being in contact with chlorine, insect repellent or sunscreen. Wear gloves when cooking with spices such as turmeric or curry powders as they can stain the nails. Dye from new jeans or newly colour hair can also stain gel polish. If there are signs of nail lifting, come into the salon to correct the enhancement before water and bacteria settle under the nail. This can cause infection if not corrected. Always return to the salon for maintenance and removal and follow any advice given to you by your nail technician. DON'T Avoid using your nails as tools as this could lead to cracking. Instead use the pads of your fingers (for example typing). Avoid long periods of time in water (for example long baths, swimming, washing up etc). Avoid picking or peeling the product off as this could damage your natural nails. Avoid filing your nails and pushing your cuticles back, as this will break the seal of the gel and can lead to chipping.
